ABOUT PROPERTY
The estate is set upon a ridge over the Ionian Sea overlooking Marathonisi Island with a magnificent unobstructed view of the azure blue sea, approx. 200 meters from the nearest beach. The estate is built upon a hillside and is situated in a natural forest of pine and fir, on a plot of approx. 10,000 square meters, providing an environment of peace, tranquility and privacy. The estate and grounds are also available for hire for social events: wedding receptions, exclusive dinners, parties etc. Please note that the main house is only available for rent in its entirety- it is not available on a room by room basis.
LOCATION
Zákynthos (Zante) is a verdant island endowed with fertile valleys and a temperate climate (area: 406 sq. km; coastline: 123 km). Its landscape diversity has resulted in different types of beaches: there are sandy beaches in secluded coves where the tranquil waters are deep blue on the island’s southeastern part; yet, if rugged cliffs and an interesting underwater world are to your liking, try the western part of the island.
The larger resorts on Zante island are: Tsilivi, Laganas, Kalamaki, Argassi, Alykes and Alikanas. Then there are places with a tourist part and a traditional one like: Vassilikos, which is more an area than a town, and Keri with its seaside village called Limni Keri. Do not forget Zakynthos town, the island’s capital, which can be considered more a large town than a city.
